At Zorisopic, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products — primarily alcoholic beverages — returns and refunds are subject to strict policies and regulations. Please read the policy below to understand your options regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To maintain product quality and comply with legal and safety standards, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.
Timeframe: You must request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
Exempt Items: We do not accept returns for:
Opened bottles or partially consumed products
Alcoholic beverages delivered in good condition
Sale or clearance items labeled as “Final Sale”
Gift cards and promotional vouchers
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer service team at info@usaroom.net with the following:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
A reason for the return
Photo evidence if the product is damaged or incorrect
Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is securely delivered.
4. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Please allow additional time depending on your bank’s processing speed.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order after completing a return (if eligible). For damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately for assistance.
6. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Alcohol products that have been opened or tampered with
Items damaged due to customer handling
Personalized or custom-labeled bottles
Any product marked as Final Sale
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives broken, leaking, or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@usaroom.net with:
Photos of the damaged item and packaging
Your order number and contact info
We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
First, check your bank or credit card account
Then contact your payment provider — processing times may vary

9. International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
You are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes.
