  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, or customs (for applicable international orders).

  • Shipping Restrictions: Some states may restrict alcohol shipments. If your state prohibits delivery, your order will be canceled and refunded.

We do not ship internationally at this time due to alcohol import/export regulations.

9. Return and Refund Policy

Alcoholic beverages are generally non-returnable due to health and legal reasons. However, if your product arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Spoiled (within reason)
