Shipment Policy

At Zorisopic, we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe, timely, and reliable manner. Please review the following Shipment Policy to understand our shipping process, methods, timelines, and your responsibilities as a customer.


1. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options at checkout to best meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–2 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may be processed the next business day.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on:

    • Package weight and dimensions

    • Destination

    • Shipping method selected

  • Free Shipping is available on qualifying domestic orders over the minimum value stated on our website. This threshold is subject to change based on current promotions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


5. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

  • Shipping Time: Varies depending on destination and local postal/customs procedures.

  • Customs & Import Duties:

    • Customers are responsible for all customs, taxes, and import duties incurred in their country.

    • Zorisopic is not liable for delays or charges caused by customs authorities.

  • If your country is not listed at checkout, we may not yet support shipping to that region.


6. Age-Restricted Deliveries (Alcohol Products)

If your order contains alcoholic beverages, you must comply with the following:

  • The recipient must be 21 years or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.

  • Carriers are legally required to refuse delivery if age cannot be verified.

  • Orders returned due to failed age verification may be subject to restocking or shipping fees.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive safely. However:

  • If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Send a message to info@usaroom.net or call us at (660) 679-4258 with your order number and any supporting information (e.g., photos of damage).

Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for reimbursement or reshipment.


8. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Zorisopic is not responsible for shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

  • Re-shipment fees may apply in such cases.
